About Tilda

Tilda is a platform for hosting websites, APIs, and web apps. Our Services support both Node.js applications and static websites. In addition to hosting, Tilda offers features designed to simplify website operation—including a global CDN, usage analytics, team collaboration, and deployment rollout management. When we refer to "Customers" in this Privacy Policy, we mean the persons and businesses that sign up for an account and enter into an agreement with Tilda to use our platform. "End Users" (for example, visitors to our Customers' deployed websites) are not considered Customers, and Tilda does not collect personal data about End Users.

Applicability

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Tilda collects, uses, discloses, and processes information in connection with your use of our Sites and Services. By accessing or using our platform in any manner, you accept the practices and policies described herein and acknowledge that Tilda may process and share your information as explained below.

This Policy applies when you:

  • Visit our website (for example, tilda.net and any affiliated domains);
  • Use Tilda's Services to host and manage websites, APIs, and web applications; or
  • Engage with Tilda via our support channels or marketing communications.

Note: This Policy does not apply to any information that Customers collect from End Users through their own deployments. Customers are solely responsible for obtaining any required consent or providing their own privacy notices to End Users.

Information We Collect

If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 90 days (subject to applicable legal or contractual retention obligations). We also take steps to anonymize data when its retention is no longer necessary for operational purposes.

How We Disclose Information

Tilda may share your personal information with third-party service providers who assist in operating our platform, including:

How We Secure Information

Tilda implements administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. While we strive to use industry-standard safeguards, no security system is entirely foolproof. We also require third-party service providers to implement appropriate security measures.
